83_ CODE OF MEDICAL DEONTOLOGY - Publications or dissemination of knowledge by a doctor on social networks and the Internet must be carried out with the rigor and seriousness established in this Code, and always with proper identification of the author. Article 83.2 A doctor must not disseminate information that creates false expectations, social alarm, or that generates confusion or doubts regarding the care, maintenance, or prevention of health. Article 84.1 Medical advertising, healthcare marketing, and the online branding process must comply with the standards set forth in this Code with respect to advertising. Article 84.2 Doctors who disseminate professional content online or of a similar nature must explicitly mention the sponsorships received and possible conflicts of interest.
