Article 84.1 _84 CODE OF MEDICAL DEONTOLOGY - The use of telemedicine and all modalities of remote care are governed by the ethical precepts of this Code regarding the doctor-patient relationship, the defense of patient rights and safety, as well as the respect and autonomy of health professionals. Article 81.2 When doctors use communication systems, they must be responsible for their actions and for the direct and indirect damages that may arise from them. Article 81.3 When a doctor uses telemedicine, their interventions must be guided by a scientific basis, professionalism, veracity, and prudence and will always be in accordance with the content of this Code. Article 81.4 In social communication systems, a doctor must take care of their attitude and image, as well as use appropriate language in form and content.
